A Small Commitment Goes a Long Way
In this video, I talk about how a small commitment can initiate a major shift in your life.
It is not just about what you do but how you do it. If you do something that you benefit from, like meditation, systematically, on a daily basis, it has a potential to produce some long-lasting results.
Commit to two weeks only. Meditate at least five minutes. Do it the first thing in the morning. If you have time, spend ten or twenty minutes. Just make sure not to skip a day. If you have an opportunity to meditate again later in the day, it’s great! Do it. Meditate before heading to bed if you can – it’s awesome to rewire your brain before you go to sleep. But it is not a substitution for your morning meditation.
Once two weeks have passed, extend for two or three more weeks or a month. You are your own boss – just know that it is only up to you whether you get in a habit of meditating or not. Commit. Commit to improving your life, one step at a time. Commit to that what serves you in the long run, that which helps you create the life you long to have.
